From the south
Take I-95 north to the Augusta-Winthrop Exit 109 (formerly Exit 30A). At the end of the off-ramp, bear right onto Western Avenue. (The Best Western/Senator Inn is on the right.) Follow Western Avenue about two miles to the west side rotary. Take the second exit off the rotary (Routes 17, Route 201 and 202) and continue over Memorial Bridge to the east side rotary. Bear right onto Stone Street after the bridge (no need to enter the rotary). Take the first right onto Middle Street (before the Big Apple gas station). Take the third left onto Caldwell Rd. The facility is the first building on the right.
From the north
Take I-95 south to the Augusta-Belgrade Exit 112 (formerly Exit 31). At the lights, take a left onto Civic Center Drive. Follow Civic Center Drive about 1.5 miles. Go straight through two traffic lights and down a long hill. Turn left at a blinking yellow light at Bond Street. (There will be a Cumberland Farms convenience store on the corner on the left.) At the end of Bond Street, there is a stop sign. Turn right onto Water Street. Follow Water Street under a train trestle to the traffic lights. Turn left at the lights onto Cony Street. Follow Cony Street over a short bridge, straight through the lights and halfway up the hill. Make a right onto Arsenal Street (before the entrance to the rotary). Take the second left onto East Chestnut Street and continue past the medical center. Take a right onto Middle Street and take the next left onto Caldwell Road. The facility is the first building on the right.

Workplace Health is located on the first floor of the Seton building across the hall from outpatient rehab.
From the south
Take I-95 North to the Waterville/Oakland Exit 127 (Formerly Exit 33). Go right on to Kennedy Memorial Drive to the next light. Turn left onto Washington Street. (McDonald’s will be on your left). Take the next right on to Lincoln Street (becomes Chase Ave.) The Seton Unit is approximately one mile down on the right.
From the north
Take I-95 South to the Waterville/Oakland Exit 127 (Formerly Exit 33). Take a left on to Kennedy Memorial Drive. Follow Kennedy Memorial Drive through one traffic light. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Washington Street (McDonald’s will be on your left). Take the next right on to Lincoln Street (becomes Chase Ave.) The Seton Unit is approximately one mile down on the right.
