Workplace Health delivers the highest quality of patient care and customer service through a wide range of worksite-focused health programs and services. Rehabilitation Services
Physical therapy and occupational therapy are located in the same buildings as Workplace Health in Augusta and Waterville, and also at the Manchester YMCA providing fast and convenient access, coordinated appointments, and a team approach to injury treatment.

Injury Treatment Services
Workplace Health providers are the work injury experts. Our facilities are staffed and equipped for the sole purpose of providing occupational health services. Our commitment is to provide the best possible medical care to employees while providing timely and accurate information to employers for the purpose of making worker's compensation decisions and providing appropriate transitional work if needed. Our goal is to help injured employees help themselves return to fully productive activity levels at work and at home as soon and as safely as possible.

As a part of the MaineGeneral Health System, Workplace Health is a gateway to a wide array of other health services ranging from emergency services to specialists and primary care providers, to employee assistance programs. Communications
We understand the importance of timely and appropriate communications. Workplace Health staff are dedicated to getting to know you and understanding the specific needs of your business. Workplace Health staff contacts the employer after each initial visit or unexpected follow-up visit problem and is readily available to answer questions. The employer is promptly notified in the event that an employee fails to keep a scheduled appointment.
Information Management
Through the use of nationally recognized, state of the art data management system, Workplace Health is able to prepare customized reports provide designed to analyze injury trends, track costs and patient status and deliver them in either paper or electronic format.
Employee Wellness
Workplace Health is an active partner in Your Health, Your Choice at MaineGeneral, a unique employee health and chronic disease management program. The program's goal is to promote health and mitigate healthcare costs through prevention, chronic disease management, and risk reduction at the workplace.
